I saw Star-Treck Enterprise the other day and lovely Captain Kirk teaches us a great and fun lesson of the importance of being in alignment throughout all of our Bodies, especially our core. Full alignment allows us to tap into the magical Inner Power we all carry within. Danger, Core miss-aligned….Imagine the Ship is Your Body, the Core out of alignment is your Energy Center’s!!!
